Potluck

I attend a vegitarian potluck once a month. With the worms needs in mind I try to bring a dish that will provide lots of bits for them too. The cooked bananas worked good because the vermi got all the skins. Orange slices were good because I had sliced off the skins first. Citrus maybe not the best for worms.

What should I bring next month for the people that will have lots of trimmings for the worms?
