Gonna Need a Bigger Bin?

To vermicompost one gallon of of kitchen scraps a day what size bin are we talking about? The scraps are various vegetable and fruit ground up from juicing packed down into a one gallon container. I would guess the weight is nearly 8 pounds. Also how much browns should be added daily on top of that? This would be shredded newspaper, (one a day :-), shredded egg and coffee tray, and shredded non-corrugated brown cardboard or paper bag. What to measure the browns in? Let's say a 55 gallon black plastic garden leaf bag? With my dry shredded browns that would weigh how much? 10 pounds? 8 pounds? Is that the right amount of browns to add dry each day to cover a gallon of kitchen waste? I'm gonna need a bigger bin. Maybe one bigger than my house.
