Baby worms on sides of bin

There are at least a hundred baby worms (so tiny!) in my worm bin. However they won't get off the sides of the bin. I'm afraid that they will die because they won't eat or they'll dry up on the sides.

Should I put a light on them to try and force them down? Or will that dry them up and kill them?

Also, they are too small for me to flick them down off the sides with my fingers.

Any advice, thanks!
