Red worm turning orange

Yesterday while poking around my bin, I noticed a couple of adult worms who were turning orange and white. Are they sick or dying? Should I remove them from the rest of the colony?

can you send a pic? I wouldn't be very concerned--I've seen some odd colored worms in my bins but leave them in there.

Sorry, no pix. I only saw the worms who where turning colors once. Now they've disappeared into the food and bedding and I don't want to upset the whole population by dumping out the whole bin to look for them.
