BT okay for worms?

I have lots of Hornworms on my tomato plants and I'm considering spraying with BT. My worm bin is located in the garden and I do feed the worms tomato plant stems and leaves that I prune off.

The product I am considering is Safer Brand Caterpillar Killer (http://www.saferbrand.com/store/garden-care/5160). The active ingredient is bacillus thuringiensis var. Kurstaki.

How, if at all, will this product affect the composting worms in my bin?

I tried using BTi (mosquito dunks) to control fungus gnats, and the worms did not like it at all.
