different colors

I bought a half pund from one person and another half from someone else and the are different colors. I keep them in separate bins. The first half is white and the other half are red? Can someone explain this to me

The worms may have been fed different foods. Either that, or they are not the same species. I have never heard of a white worm.

My own worms are darker than they were when I bought them. I think it it just the bedding and food.

i will post some pics as soon as i figure out how. the white ones are eating way more than the reds and tons of cocoons from the whites. right now i have the in the same size bin and fed the same.

You just may have found a new "super worm". I love the idea that they're eating far more than the reds.
