Have any of you folks ever thought you might write a series of essays or regular column on vermiculture for your local paper or weekly?

There is certainly ample grist in the threads of this forum. If a person has the ability to write well, hold readers' interest with good story telling, solid myth-smashing facts, and a touch of humor .... I'm thinking that this may be a subject whose day has come.

Most papers have a Community Forum type of occasional columm, contributed by locals .... usually OpEd, but don't see why Vermiculture wouldn't work. Weekly papers are way more accepting of material...

Anyway....this came to me as I was doing a google-news search on key words 'vermiculture', etc. Tons of articles about this or that seminar or school project or city starting a program.
