Office Worms

I am considering vermicomposting our office scraps. Would worms do well on a diet of nothing more than shredded paper and coffee grounds, or would I need to bring in some other food material for them?

RE: Office Worms

I find that my worms love coffee grounds as part of their food diet. Just remember to add it slowly if you don't have many worms. It does seem to take a long time to decompose, so add it in one section so that the worms can move away from it if it heats up. Do you have cardboard that you can add for bedding?
