We used Sonoma Valley Worm Farm Vermicompost (beneficial bacteria), Organic Unsulphured black strap molasses(simple and complex sugars and minerals to give the bacteria the fuel they need to multiply) , and Organicare Seaplex(the medium the bacteria latch on to slowly eat and its kind of like their meat and potatoes if you will.)
