| usually people remove their worm castings and all that because basically they eat up the bedding and poop it out and they will be swimming in their poop. i was wondering is it even possible to just keep on adding dry material/bedding and leave their casting in?
i have a milipede composting going on and i highly doubt they are as fast as worms especially since i don't have a lot atm only like 10-20. but i mean i wanted to get my regular worm bin atm since i don't even have much worms in it and start adding that material ( which is basically compost in the process as of now made for worms though ) and put it into my milipede compost for them to break that down as well. but since they are practically like worms and treated the same i would like actual feed back if this is healthy for them or not. |
