black soldier fly larvae

I finally was able to identify the motionless black grub-looking-things that showed up in my worm piles, and I understand that they are a good thing - black soldier fly (BSF) larvae.

Now, whenever I'm ready to harvest my worm castings, I take whatever worms that are still there and put them in the worm nursery (awwww....)and allow them to breed until I need a handful for a new pile, and use the castings for potting soil. (Wonderful scrumptious garden). Question: what shall I do with the BSF when the castings are ready to harvest? Way way too many to separate out. And those BSF must do their work when I'm not looking, because as soon as I look at them, they become motionless.
