at our community dumpster day the neighbor was going to throw out a heavy wood ladder that was for his kids tree house. I grabbed it thinking I could use it for melon hills.

the ladder is 10 ft long with 5 sections, I can make a hill in each section with the bunny manure and compost. I can set it up to the heavy chainlink fence on the outside where on the inside I plant my other veggies.

Some how I ended up with 5 varieties of musk and honey dew melon seed. i thought I could use each section for a different variety. then, grow up the chainlink fence.

Now I wonder if the 10ft length will be enough for the foilage and fruits. I could allow them to grow on the grass area, would that be better?
