Butternut and Pie Pumpkins on trellis....soil space required

Hi folks!

I am looking to grow 3 Butternut squash plants and 2 or 3 Pie Pumpkins plants next year. I will have a portion of my long raised beds dedicated to these plants (north side obviously) and need to know how much "volume" they will need of the bed.

The beds are 4 feet wide, but plenty long. I was planning on about 2 feet of length for each.

So, I guess the questions are:

Is 4 feet by 2 feet a large enough space for 3 butternut squash plants that will be trained to go up a trellis?

Is 4 feet by 2 feet enough space for 2 (maybe 3?) Pie Pumpkin plants that will also be trained up a 2nd trellis.

Is this more than enough space, and I could cut it back to 12" or 18" for the plants.
