I am not aware of any commercial sources or seed traders who have real Ipomoea purga...there are several US and European suppliers that offer Ipomoea 'purga',but all of the seeds supplied by these sources have invariably turned out to be a rosy colored form of Ipomoea turbinata...

It is also called bindweed. It is invasive and can't be sold. That's the main reason you can't find it.
