WANTED: Spanish Lace Vine?

Good Day to you all --

I recently met someone who invited me to her house. Growing all over her back porch is a vine with beautiful, fragrant flowers. She calls it Spanish Lace. Can any of you tell me more about it and/or a web site with pictures and info. Can you grow it in partial shade? And can I propagate by taking cuttings? Best time/method? Thanx, Barbara.

She may have meant Silver lace vine (Polygonum Aubertii). Do a google.com search and see if that's what she has. It's a beautiful, invasive, fragrant, massive vine!
