This look like a Virginia Creeper but the leaves don't change colour. I want to get rid of it since it's slowly taking over my backyard but the 'stem' of it is in my neighbour's yard and he couldn't be bothered with it since it hides his stack of wood!

Please let me know what I can do to eradicate this plant!

The photo is relatively small , although it does seem to closely resemble Parthenocissus quinquefolia...

The leaves usually change color only in the Autumn...
