Evergreen mass of vines perfumes the air Oct-Dec?

A mass of evergreen-type vines, maybe 10-12 ft high is growing in the woodland part of my property (what used to be part of tier-like farming on rolling hills). It has leathery evergreen leaves and tiny 4-petal VERY fragrant ivory flowers. It blooms from around October thru December and just FILLS the air with a fragrance that is intoxicating - I can smell it easily from over 100 feet away!

I tried doing some searches for what I thought might be a similar plant, but can't find anything. Any ideas what it is?

I just joined this forum and this is my first post, so I'm hoping my picture will load properly.
