Horses eat it, wondering what it is so I can find out if it's horse safe or not. Has powder coming from it in the fall, noticed the black/blue berries today when I took the picture.

Its Honeysuckle, there are many different types. Some are tame and there are also many wild types. Animals including goats, cows and horses will eat them from fence rows.My goats love the wild type.

Japanese Honeysuckle. Mildly poisonous to humans, not sure about horses. I say if they are eating it, then great, let 'em, because that stuff is a nightmare.
