That leaf looks to me as if it might have spider mites. The little brown stipples near the petiole look ominous. You can google multiple remedies but one thing which would help would be to put the plants outside for a few months where wind rain and humidity will help deter the mites. Basically ivy is a bone hardy plant, not a tropical, and indoors it is prey to mites.

Thank you for your advise. I'll do that when we get a little bit warmer weather here.
But I don't think that these are spider mites. They are tiny, but noticeable. I don't see any of them. What my ivy has is more like color discoloration.
