Its always been a dream here at the NJShore to grow lucsious sweetpeas. Unfortunately, we get a quick, hot summer and I have to start them early.

I have nice, big seedlings as of today, March 17, and it's still a bit chilly in Jersey. But, I know sweetpeas can handle the cool.

I have them sitting in the outdoor coldframe hardening off. How soon can I put the plants out in the ground? I want to get a good head start. I know this time of year (always st. patty's day) is the right time to plant pea seeds. But, will the sweetpea transplants be in danger being planted out this early? thanks for all replys!
