Firecracker annual vine indoors?

Hi everyone

I wanted to get my annual vines started a little early inside this year, but they all seem to just die for no reason once they get about 2 inches tall. Should I have a light on them instead of putting near a window? I must admit it's not that warm in my house, could this be the problem?

I don't know what it would be from but I would think that the temp. might have something to do with it. Try warming it up to about 75 F.I was thinking of sewing my spanish flag seeds this weekend. how long does it take to germinate?

What about damping off? Is 2 inches too big for them to be killed by damping off?
