There aren't many vines that will flower in full shade. The best flowering perennial, hardy, vine for full shade is generally considered to be the climbing hydrangea. Often slow to get started but will get quite large once it gets going....like up over the roof of a house. Can be grown on the north side of a house. If it is competing with trees you will want to make sure it is getting enough water. Expect at least 3 years before it flowers.

I have Lonicera tellmanniana (Honeysuckle) growing in full shade. It was just a baby last year and did very well, so I'm hoping for flowers this year.
