Hello! I'm new here. I'm hoping to get some recommendations for an evergreen, fragrant, pretty vine for a sun/partial sun lattice fence. I'm in zone 10 near the coast. I love the smell of pink jasmine, and how the scent can be smelled throughout the yard, not just by sniffing the flowers up close. But I hate how ratty it looks!

I'd like something that is pretty even when not in bloom.

I also need something that is not toxic, since I have small children and a dog (not that I expect either to be eating it!)
