I use Bloom Booster from Miracle Grow to encourage blooms.

Even a balanced fertilizer will be ok for your plants. If you use good quality compost in the soil and around the plants as a topdressing the beneficial soil microbes will help feed the plant with what it needs, so oftentimes as a result you can use minimal fertilizer input with a good outcome.
