are creeping fig bad or good for walls?

will they attract termites or provide better conditions for termites to live close by, keep the walls moisture, etc?

You're asking about termites and moisture, are you then wondering about growing it on wood? As on a wooden structure, like home, or garage? You'd have more to worry about than moisture and bugs, just the vine itself will damage your walls, fence, even trees although you could have help with cold weather helping to keep it in check in Z8 some years.
