What is this vine with oak leaves?

Hello,

Can anyone identify this vine? The leaves look like Oak leaves and the new growth stem part of the vine is red. The leaves are about 3 inches long. It doesn't seem to be twining and it is not attaching to any part of the bush it is growing under. But it is definitely some sort of vine. I have 2 pics in the link...

I believe it is Lonicera japonica, an invasive honeysuckle.
New leaves in spring can be serrate as shown in the link below. Look at the newest leaves at the tips of the plant. They are not lobed.

I have been digging and spraying this nasty invasive in my new garden.
