Wisteria started to bloom then stopped

samandkatharine

I have a wisteria that has bloomed every year since planting it 10 years ago. I prune runners every February and it always blooms in late March and April. This year the buds started to unfurrle(sp?) then stopped. They there are a few leaves starting to show as well, but the flower show was a no show. Could this be caused by disease? It gets no water except for what the lawn gets, and no fertilizer. After 10 years why now?
