vine identification

Good afternoon,

I have some variety of vine growing in front of my maple tree. I don't know what it looks like in the summer, as it appears to be the victim of some kind of infestation. If anyone can help me identify either the vine type or the infestation source, I'd be very grateful.

I have uploaded three images to my site for identification purposes (MY VINE link below), the last of which includes an as-good-as-it-gets close-up of the pest that's causing the problem.

Basically, little holes appear on the leaves, which eventually all disappear. There are tiny 3-millimeters-in-length (larvae? catepillars? whatdoyoucall'ems?) on the underside of each leaf. I plucked one leaf off the vine, put it in a plastic bag, and now the little suckers are moving around in slow confusion.

Flea beetle larvae?

Help? What is this vine and what's wrong with it?

Here is a link that might be useful: MY VINE
