What's wrong with my Confederate Jasmine?

A couple of weeks ago I noticed my confederate jasmine vines had strange colored leaves. I didn't think much of it at the time, but now the leaves are turning yellow & red and falling off.
I have three plants planted right next to each other and water them often--about every other day.
I'm really worried that it's a fungus that's going to spread all over the place and kill my plant.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it? What should I do?
