Training Parthenocissus

I recently purchased 2 Parthenocissus Tricuspidata 'Fenway Park' to use in covering a cinderblock retaining wall I have in my yard. The wall is about 30 feet long and 4 feet tall. What is the best way to train the vine so that it covers the wall and doesn't just grow straight up over it leaving the rest of the wall uncovered?

Shall I plant each one at the extreme end of the wall and then keep laying the main stem down whenever it tries to climb up, running along the bottom of the wall? If I do that, will the off shoots climb up and cover the wall?

thanks in advance!
