I havent tried this , but there are two potential problems I see with this combination. First, I think the Juniper (depends on type) would be shorter than the Honeysuckle. The vine will outgrow the shrub in a few seasons. You could keep it trimmed back, but you might sacrifice flowers. Second, Junipers like drier soil, which the vine might not like. They like moist soil. Just a thought.
