Hi Stephanie - The young plant that you posted is Fallopia convolvulus (synonym Polygonum convolvus) commonly known as Black Bindweed...it is actually a member of the Smartweed Family and not any type of Morning Glory although it is commonly mistaken for a Calystegia or a Convolvulus...

Take a look at the cotyledons of the Fallopia...they will be elongated oblong as compared to the butterfly shape of the embryo leaves of the Ipomoea...that's one easy way to tell them apart...

I'd remove the Fallopia because although it is an annual , it reseeds like crazy and it will get all over the place...
