Forgot to soak or nick cypress vine seeds

Hi, Everyone, I forgot to nick or soak cypress vine seeds and now I'm wondering if they will still sprout? Should I start over with the few seeds I have left? Thanks for any input anyone can give me. This is my first time to try annual vines other than Morning Glories. I've seen Cardinal climber in pictures but never seen it growing in our area ( Zone 8). I know it is late to plant seeds here, but just 3 weeks ago we had snow here! Nancy

Hi Nancy,
Did you start them outside or inside? I winter sowed mine without nicking at the end of March and they sprouted for me. I find doing that eliminates the need for special treatment to seeds. If you started inside, I'm not sure what will happen.

I've never nicked or soaked mine before and they come up just fine. They should come up in a week.
