Do you know what gardening zone you're in? If not, Google will help you find it, using your zip code.

Most of the vines that are going to grow fast in shade are NOT going to put on showy flowers---sad but true. And the only reason plants have flowers is to attract a pollinator---which are primarily insects. (But not all insects sting.)

The only thing that comes to mind for your conditions is Virginia Creeper, Parthenocissus quinquefolia. But Google it and learn its pros and cons before you decide to plant it---I spend a lot of time ripping this out. (And you can HAVE it, if you want it!)

I have no idea what would work for you. The people on the New England forum might be able to help you.
