Nope, that's honeysuckle---Lonicera japonica.

Oh, wait---there is some poison ivy there, the thing with the three-lobed leaf. And I think the thing in teh bottom right is sawbrier.

They're all VERY hard to kill. You'll have to fight them for YEARS. I've found that Round-up concentrate, mixed at double strength, works fairly well.

I wonder why all these plants are still growing. I tried tons of salt on them, Round-up or some sort of weed killer, straight vinegar..... Gosh.... they are again just everywhere now

After a gook soaking rain, put some gloves on and try to pull the roots as far back and as deep as you can.

poison ivies have long runner roots.Honey suckles run on ground, root, and shoot..
Also, try to find the source of poison ivy. Is there one climbed on a tree?from where it is broadcasting seeds? If so, cut it wehre it comes off the ground and just soak the cut and roots with pioson Ivy killer. Poison ivies multiply by seedings(from up on the top of a tree) or running and shooting out as they go.
It is easier nto eradicate poison ivy than honel suckle

There's a product called Vine X that's pretty good. You might want to try that. I cut the vines back then brush it on the stumps.
