I just moved into a rental that looks like it hasn't had anything done to the outside of it in...years?

This vine is everywhere:

And I can't figure out what it is.

The back yard is also being swallowed up by a grape vine, virginia creeper, and that horrid japanese knotwood. There are tons more pictures in my gardening blog:

The grapevine is insane...it looks like it was put in one little place and the crawled along a chain link fence, up into some trees, over to the other side of the yard, through all of the branches of any tree it could get to, along another fence, and then out along the driveway. Earlier today I was cutting branches out of some trees and they'd fall about 3 inches only to be saved by the grapes. It was nuts.
