I'm looking for suggestions for a climbing (trellis) vine.

We just had an electric gate installed on our driveway. The gate swings outward, so I need a "marker" so people know how far they can pull their car up to avoid the swing radius. For the marker, I plan to install a trellis up against my house along side the driveway.

The problem is we have a very narrow driveway, and similarly a narrow planting area. So, I need a climbing vine that will climb the trellis (not my house), but something that won't protrude far out into my driveway so our sideview mirrors have clearance as well.

Any suggestions for a trellis-climbing vine that will stay fairly slender? I'm in zone 5, Wisconsin.

The trellis will be between the two windows, where I currenly have the japanese spurge planted (yet to be pulled out).
