Hi all,

I am new to this forum, and I am wondering about my Purple Hyacinth Bean vine. It is kind of just sitting there after it just had a growth spur, and now it's not doing much. I started the seed indoors at the end of march (late, i know) and it's been outside for about 2 months now. Do these vines take off at any certain point? I"m in Zone 8 B (Austin, TX) and it's been VERY HOT and DRY here recently.

Also, I ordered some vigna caracalla seeds and one has sprouted (is about 1/2 in. tall), but the leaves are small and bleached out. I have it outside in a mini-green house type setting, and its in a cell of one of those seed starting trays. Any advice?
