I don't think you can get all of these. I like Lonicera sempervirens, the native honeysuckle that is a hummingbird magnet with its scarlet flowers, but no scent. You could plant other scented plants nearby, such as the self-seeding annual Nicotiana, which wafts a vanilla-like scent across my entire yard and into the house each evening and night.

If you do go for the scented invasive, it spreads from birds eating the berries and then depositing the seeds (which don't get broken down in digestion) elsewhere, so be sure to clip off the flowers after blooming so that berries don't form. It will spread far beyond your yard, and as someone who is trying to get rid of it, the woodlands and your neighbors will appreciate your vigilance.

I like L. periclymenum, but the beautiful odor does not fill he air like the weed, the Japanese Honesuckle. I have only one thriving vine, so perhaps the number of flowers has to be more. I have sheets of Japanese Honeysuckle hanging in many places, so the air is fragrant.
