I bought a kiwi vine about 4 months ago. I rent so I had it in a large pot indoors until about May. It was doing quite well there, but when I put it outside (still in the pot) the leaves gradually began turning yellow, then brown, and now it looks none too healthy at all. no new growth, leaves are dry and brown, etc.

Not sure if it's too much/little sun (gets about 6 good hours a day), too much/little water (water it about twice a week), or something else. I'm just starting to learn the way of plants so I thought I'd ask some advice.
