Hello everyone,

A couple of years ago, I planted a Crimson Seedless grape in my backyard in Fullerton, CA in a south facing location. It has been doing very well, except that a month ago or so, I started noticing some leaves turning yellow, brown and falling, and some dark moldy spots on the vines. I have looked through websites detailing vine diseases but I can't seem to figure out what it might be and was hoping perhaps someone here might have some insight on what it might be. I have also noticed some grey insects on the undersides of the leaves. Please find attached the pictures:
