Hello

I'm a newbie to growing vines and have just bought a couple.

One is a Cabernet Sauvingnon. Most of the new leaves appear to be dry and slightly shrivelled, they have a white glaze. If you rub the leaves the white glaze comes off and the leaves are back to being shiny etc. The old leaves seem fine

Also, a couple of leaves have some very small brown dots.

Is all this the signs of disease - I was thinking maybe mildew as we haven't had a hot summer so far (!)

If so, what would be the recommendation for treating
