I did some heavy duty pruning about a month ago & removed an unidentified "killer" vine from around my butterfly bush (it was wrapping itself around the branches and seemed to be strangling the poor thing). It was not an easy task because the darn thing even wrapped around itself so I was out there pulling for hours.

I thought I did a good job of getting rid of it but noticed it was re-growing in several spots near the my yard waste container. I dug it up AGAIN and it looks like its been growing from stems that must have fallen out of the yard waste container while I was moving it to the curb on trash collection day. What type of vine is this and how can I stop it from spreading?
