I need a TOUGH vine that will stand up to STRONG winds and INTENSE sun and work as a windbreak along a fence. I am in a challenging zone too, I live in the mojave desert where wind gusts can be 70 mph and often the wind blows for hours in the summer and winter, also the summers avg high is about 110 and in the winters it is often in the teens at night and 60 degrees in the daytime. This is Sunset zone 11. Thanks!
