Is it a twining vine that blooms in the morning? Probably a type of morning glory. Some wild ones make small blue flowers that make a ball like you show after they bloom. Inside the ball will be several small chambers with white seeds. They mature brown and will regrow the weed next year. Sometimes they are the result of last year's big flowered plants.
