help selecting vine to cover ugly chain link fence

Hi,

I have an ugly chain link fence in the front of my house that I cannot remove so I want to cover it with vines.
I planted morning glories in april and yes they are gorgeous at the top of the fence but are open and ugly brown at the bottom of the fence. I put purple (lavender?) vines in between the morning glories but they are growing really slow and only up - they don't spread out. I need to fix this urgently as my neighbor across the street always complains and starts trouble if things are not manicured perfectly and is green..

Does anyone have any suggestions for a fast growing vine or other that will cover the entire fence and look good all year round? I will even be happy with a non bloomer if that is my only option.
Thank you so much!
Konni
