| I love this vine and have planted it at the foot of a telephone pole on my property. I know it needs something to cling to - I wonder if I can just put a few nails into the pole, as opposed to wrapping it with mesh. Anyone have experience with such a situation? Thank you. |

| I wouldn't plant anything on a telephone pole and I would really worry about hammering in nails! The phone and electric company don't want anyone messing with their poles and it might even be a crime. I don't know that it is but I would be careful about it. There is one right in my back yard and I've been awful tempted too to plant something on it but I've not done it. Just my 2 cents! Joann |
