| It's varigated-silver and green. In the early spring it has yellow flowers that resemble a snap dragon. It is creeping under my neighbor's fence into my yard. I can post a photo later-I have to go to work now. It was nice before it went beyond a certain point. Does anyone know what this describes? Is it an invasive weed that I will have to deal with, or a ground cover that was planted? My neighbor didn't plant it. Thanks.

| Yes, it does. While it is not technically a weed, many consider it a noxious weed. It can be very invasive depending on your location. |

| Scorpgirl, buyorsell, it's one of those groundcovers that can be invasive depending on where you live and your conditions. When I lived in northern NJ I could not get it to thrive at all, just smallish clumps would make it through the winters. I had it on the north east side of my home and it was kept on the dryish side. I guess with a little more moisture it would have been happier. I'd have loved it to spread! but then again I'm one of those nuts that plants creeping charlie and common day flower! |
