I Googled "lollipop" vine and found Diplocyclos palmatum. It is a cucurbit native to SE Asia called either Marble Vine or Lollipop Climber. It appears to be of use in Eastern medicine. Also, the small inedible gourds are used in floral decorations. Lots of info if you inquire on "diplocyclos palmatum".
