Drought tolerant vine - flowers & fragrant?

I'm looking for a vine to scramble to its-hearts-content over a small (but tall) storage shed that is being placed outside an east facing bedroom window (maybe 15 ft away).

I'd prefer something drought tolerant so I don't have to water much (except during prolonged dry in summer). I'd also like fragrant flowers. I've thought of clematis or jasmine, but am interested in other options. Perhaps a good honeysuckle (I once thought I was buying a vine, but it was a big shrub.)

It is south facing with morning and after mid-afternoon shade. It gets enough sun for "part-sun" plants to do very well. I've even had some full sun plants do okay there. It is downslope from other property, so it will get water runoff (erosion is not a problem, just helpful for water). It will be above a 4' retaining wall. I can attach wires to the shed for tendrils to climb.

thank you for any suggestions.
